For the price, this hood works perfectly and have there glaring flaw. Adjustable shade 9-13, I use it with satisfaction for TIG welding up to 160A. Big advantage that I just realized: it operates with two AAA battery easily replaceable while some products "brand" more expensive welded contain batteries can not be replaced (and only last the warranty period) .
