As speakers were the Jamo S 626 HCS 3 and the input source my PC was used (Toslink). While it is a TV, the Wii U and a 3D Blu-ray player was still used, but this is rare.
The bitstream from the Blu-ray player worked fine. Dolby digital 7.2 was detected and outputted. I was very impressed by the sound, as I watched Iron Man 3.
The music playback from PC worked (many acoustic songs). My Logitech Z5500 system I wanted to wrap up already, but yesterday something very unusual, which should not have happened, but more on that later.
After the firmware is updated by Denon, I noticed that Bluetooth is always turned on, and the device would always connect to Bluetooth participants. When I was right in the game (Wii U), the view suddenly changed and I had the image of the Bluetooth playback. This happened because I forgot my Bluetooth on the smartphone off. I do not know why it happened in the game in the middle, but the receiver has picked the worst possible time.
Reason for the return:
Yesterday I heard as usual music through the Toslink input. Every 2 minutes a misfire occurred by approx 05 seconds (My other plant received the same signal and the sound played without interruption from). To find the error, I removed the first all HDMI devices on the Denon, but the error occurred on. In the menu I could not connect to the server build Denon (System Update), but the wireless connection was available and connect to the Internet existed.
Rebooting a few times did not help, so I tried it with a direct connection to my router with a standard RJ45 cable (luck in debugging before). The error was gone and as long as the cable was available, he no longer occurred. After I disconnected the Internet, the dropouts were present again.
Because this is a AV receiver a no-go, I signed the return, at 20 days after purchase, at Amazon. As a replacement device the Onkyo TX-NR636 has been appointed.
