But then came the frustration, which was already described several times: No matter at what level it is ground, the coffee would initially too rough for a filter machine yet. We tried everything: changing fine tuning schrittchenweise controlled seat of the mill, and scoured homepage and videos of the manufacturer for clues. The interim result was that nothing came out of the mill on the steps 0-10. At the point a few others have given up, and we also said that the part goes back.
What has then but still helped: fine-tuning came out back to the original state and then 2 steps to the left, Hauptarretierring at level 0, and then with the engine running so long slowly cranked up the flour fine enough. The whole tinkering took us about 2 hours of time and nerves. It was spent half a pack of good coffee.
The result showing is impressive, the espresso comes out pretty slow, the crema is magnificent and even a decaffeinated espresso tastes surprisingly good.
Conclusion:
Who is willing to put a little patience, you can have fun at this mill. We now have 2 types of ground and are satisfied. For the first set, it is advisable in any case to take cheaper beans.
Tip for the manufacturer:
The handle of fine tuning I think now is not as complicated as criticized in other places, however, lacks a marker, so that people know what position you are. In addition, it would be gratifying if the machine factory works so that even customers are happy, are not the biggest craft fans. I can imagine that some devices go back unnecessarily.
