I've gotten Carcassonne and all 6 official extensions.
Here's my opinion on the extensions.

1. Extension (Note 1.5)

a) Wirtshaus am See (Note 1)
Good and useful extension to revalue the streets can. The cards we always use.
b) Cathedral (Note 1.5)
Good extension, halr only stupid if the whole cathedral is on Schulß.
c) Large henchman (Note 1)
Good and useful extension to secure important areas better.
d) points cards (Note 1)
No special rule, but very useful accessory
e) followers for 6.Spieler (Note 3)
Six of it takes a long time, until you get back on the train.
2. Extension Traders & Builders (Note 2)

a) goods platelets (grade 4)
Because meaningful special rule which complicates the points standings and more brings chance into the game. In our games, it was rare that a person enters into a strange city, to secure the plate.
b) pig (Note 4)
Bring no new tactical aspects, so we prefer to stay without pork at the simpler Wiesenregelng.
c) Baumeister (Note 1.5)
(Useful, then use very abbey extension 5) Very good extension, only stupid if the builder is sometimes blocked
d) cloth bag (Note 1)
Super useful Accesoire
3. Expansion Burgfäulein & Dragon (Note 3)

a) volcano, dragon, fairy (Note 3)
Often leads to annoying situations where the dragon makes all the work destroyed, especially in the game with two players. Especially at the beginning of the game if there are little cards, many stones are thrown. The protection with the fairy does not help much, because the player who discovers a dragon card, the fairy yes before the dragon train may even dislocate. The rule that you get extra points with the fairy, you forget easily.
b) Burgfräulein (score 3.5)
Often leads to annoying situations where making the damsels all work to naught.
c) magic portal (score 2.0)
Is a small but fun element. Is it possible to use useful even without volcanic or dragons rule when, for example is played with damsels or tower.
4. Expansion - The Tower (Note 2)

Bring only one special rule ...
a) Tower (score 2.5)
Funny element. Robbing an even playing pieces but is etws predictable and charming than the dragon. However, it is almost too easy to throw out a straight set stone again.
b) cards Tower (Note 1.5)
As an alternative to cloth bag suitable.
5. Expansion - Abbey & Mayor (Note 1.5)

a) Abbey (Note 1)
Good and useful extension to retrieve blocked builder or blocked valuable areas to finish. Can be in the original rule but rarely apply. We do not allow, so that the card may be applied everywhere and already established not only in a gap between eight cards.
b) Mayor (Note 1.5)
Good and useful extension, but very similar to the great follower of the 1st extension.
c) estate (score 1.0)
Good and useful extension, on the one hand provides new tactical possibilities and, secondly, the limits "creep" in foreign pastures.
d) car (score 4.0)
Because meaningful special rule is rarely exploited.
6. Extension - Graf, King and his associates (score 2.5)

a) King and Robber Barons (score 2.5)
Cute rule are, however, a lot of points at the end. Perhaps we should halve the number of points this rule still
b) place of worship and heretics (score 4.0)
Because meaningful extension, it is rarely attractive to engage in a challenge.
c) degree of Carcassonne (Note ???)
Do I have yet to play
d) The River II (score 2.0)
Sensible and good extension, the accelerated start of the match and mitigate the problem with the dragon in the early rounds.
Private special rules (all Grade 1 :-), clearly ...)

a) A city of only two fields is a village and is one of only 2 points in de city rating and only 2 points in the meadow rating. (Aim: promote Larger cities!)
b) Not ready built Städe, streets and convent end up giving no points! (Target: Forced to bessereren Plan)
c) If a card placed in the midst of eight already laid tiles, there is a special sofrt point.
