What to say? :
The mower seems robust and swift, the load looks pretty good ... but I could not test it fully because after 5 uses: BLAM !!!
The shoe plastoc farted (and irreparable course)!
The only thing which I did not pay attention when buying ... what c ..!
In short, my mower is unusable (having lost moreover the bill), paid 40 and served 5 times, I could at best shave the dog during hot weather or make a cut from 10cm to Chewbacca if I go on Tatooine!
I tried to contact customer service by email (good luck to find a contact form!) A few days ago asking replacement "graceful" of this piece (of which the manufacturing cost should be around 3 cents euros), I will describe the quality of customer service if I find a pleasant surprise in my mailbox, but have not, at present not even Babyliss response by email, I remain very skeptical ...
What I would say, anyway, is that I do not recommend buying this product because whatever the life of the mower, you inevitably will break these accessories are designed fragile. It is therefore a matter of time (or luck). The only solution to the shoe and not leave it (and again), and keep his old lawnmower for finishing.
Ethical question:
