With practice certainly very good!

I ordered this paste as I have often heard of this method and a girlfriend is very excited about it. I've looked at a variety of training videos on Youtube and then tested himself. For me, the paste has unfortunately become very fast too soft and stick remained (Wash is of course no problem). Even then I had a few minor bruises, because I have the paste well subtracted wrong, but does not bother me further because it was my fault. I read that you simply should not give up because "practice makes perfect" ;-) the rotation If I have some time out - 5 star!
