Wobbly and not easy to handle

Simultaneously with the Walimex Lamp Tripod I ordered these screen Eiger, and I am very unzufireden. For one thing, the Flash and Umbrella Holder did not attach well (he wobbled), as long as you the appropriate screw is not really really (really) tightened. The very rude awakening came but then when I tried to loosen the bolt again. The thin plastic handle on the screw is suitable neither in form nor size that you (or .: I) manually could muster up a corresponding torque to loosen the screw without extreme effort and the help of a towel again (and even that did not work on immediately). After this experience, the unit immediately went back into the package and returned to Amazon (there as usual flawless execution). The ordered in a row, only slightly more expensive Expemplar of Manfrotto's stability and manageability worlds better. Personally, I can therefore, given the alternative (s) unfortunately only from the "Metal Walimex Flash and Umbrella Holder" advise.
