This is the first book I read Anne Givaudan and I am delighted. We knew that our thoughts have an impact on our health but there, the explanations are very clear. While most people think more than anything else the functioning of thoughts, are the relations of cause and effect, Anne Givaudan sees with his sixth sense, birth, shape, color and function of a thought. She explains with many examples and true stories, the impact of these thought forms about ourselves, about others and about the world, all with great indulgence and without judging anyone. It tells us precisely that the most important is to not judge others. After reading this, we can not close our eyes. If our usual operation is to pay attention to our actions, we understand that our thoughts have consequences at least as important if not more. I also liked the last chapter written by Antoine Achram explaining more medical and technical manner the functioning and progress of a thought in our limbic brain and the autonomic nervous and endocrine systems to the stage of the disease: a summary of a very explicit and clear with a dozen pages in support scheme. This will reassure those addicted to objectivity! I think this book can help us evolve psychologically, spiritually and find peace. I am so convinced of the usefulness of this reading I ordered another copy to send to my daughters and I hope to play my own people in my circle. I just regret that it is not edited in paperback at a more affordable price, I would have offered to many more people. Anne Givaudan and Antoine Achram are obviously wonderful people, full of positive vibes that radiate over the lines. It is like impregnated after reading this book. I really think that such people do much good to humanity and we can expect more of these editions that work guilt churches (which in my opinion did not understand). Needless to say I ordered the second volume.
