At first I was skeptical that the hole cutter might work. It was necessary (also from IKEA) to punch a hole with a diameter of 35 mm for fitting with a built-in sink BOHOLMEN IKEA.
A small challenge is to drill the Zentrierungsloch in the size of 10mm. Here it is advisable - as already described - to begin 3 mm metal drill with a 5 mm and 8 mm to 10 mm metal drill bit to go to work. The metal drill should be of good quality, because with blunt metal drills is produced in metal only heat and no hole. Be careful when using metal drills: Not too much pressure to apply (results Delle) and not slip off (resulting scratches on the new sink). Note: In order not to slip with the drill and to produce any scratches I drilled 5 mm metal drill from the underside of the sink (sink while laying on scratch-resistant, hard surface).
If the Zentrierungsloch is drilled, then like everything is so well managed. Because the hole cutter performs 100% his work in a very short time. The function of the hole cutter is that metal punch.
