Anyone who has experienced the sugestive effect of the film "Koyaanisqatsi," will probably have perceived image and music of the film as a compositional unit. Had the film without Glass' outstanding, sometimes excruciatingly monotonous and stressful music conceivable? Hardly. Can you imagine on the other hand the music without the images?
