Works for 2D with me easily, in 3D I get no sound on the AV receiver

Connect PS3 and TV and AV receiver: Short for application of Spliiters with me.
The AV receiver does have HDMI inputs, the 3D image but not enough to the TV via HDMI Output, but is only sound again.
So I want to use the splitter to enter the HDMI signal directly to the TV on and simultaneously the sound via HDMI to the receiver.

For 2D works perfectly well. Image on TV, via HDMI sound (DTS HD etc etc) on the receiver, all good. However, once a 3D signal is output from the PS3, I have the "opposite" of my original problem that I wanted to fix: While I get picture on the TV but no sound from the receiver. This obtains in this case, according to front display and no input signal.

Therefore, this splitter is not right for my case. For those who but "just" want to hang 2 displays at a source or the like it should work but.
