In the first configuration you have to make it that it is delivered with a fixed address, with me wars 192.168.2.2 (It may be necessary to one's own subnet mask even put on 255.255.0.0 to have access to it). But then everything important via web interface can be set as IP address, name, printing protocols.
Finally, on your own computer to set up the printer port is z.Bsp here. LPD: 192.168.2.2 (or whichever address). Do not forget to select the protocol LPD and the print queue "lpt1". And hey presto, already works fine.
So at this price I am excited about the part and it can only recommend. Who, incidentally, has problems with the commissioning, found on the enclosed CD is a more detailed manual than that which is laid up. Thus many questions can be answered as z.Bsp. after the admin password, etc ...
