Worth the purchase of ACE Premium, or does it also the predecessor?

This is ultimately the reason for "only" 4 star rating. His service performs the ACE III Premium with exact application excellent. But that does the ACE AF-33 too!

Conclusion:

The ACE AF 33 is calibrated knotless into the house and does not have to hide from the Drägern. The only advantage of the latter is that you have to wait less than 15 minutes and even cigarettes, food, etc. ignored in the breath (except brandy beans -D).
From the new PM 0.5 ACE does, however, a long, staggered at intervals, beep.

From the size differs the New hardly suitable from its predecessor and is therefore very good to go. A Dräger other hand, is much more massive.
Another new feature is the pretty, blue display that you can now read in the dead of night. The predecessor was there simply structured. Even when it was a reading but possible in darkness. The speed of the measured value determination is almost the same for both devices.
The differences in the measured values ​​are clearly in mind that the previous model was not calibrated about 1.5 years. Even if the values ​​differ only slightly, it is all the more evident that a calibration after a certain time is necessary. Whether this has to make sure every 12 months now, everyone should decide for themselves. I think of all the two years that enough also. You should set the tolerances only slightly higher.
