For reasons of economy I decided to buy the size "pocket" in French instead of directly read the book in English. This translation is not smooth, alternating the "we" and "you" all the time. Absolutely not a problem in America, very French. But if we manage to ignore that, we can get messages from Jon Kabat-Zin program. I recommend this book to all my friends can only read the French but always with reserve and apprehension because the translation risks alienating them without really understand why. My advice: read the book in English if you can! Meanwhile a new interpretation and not a simple word for word translation of the original text.
