I took a pair to inflate my configuration, I spend 8 to 24 go by mixing CL9 and CL10 modules of different brands (carefree), and I discovered the limitation of Windows 7 Home Premium 16 GB pass [, forced to go for Windows Pro or Ultimate enjoy my 24GB. Having the CL9 and CL10 almost does not affect the performance of the system (0.01% more speed maybe), also the fastest DDR3 hardly bring 1 or 2% performance more despite their stellar rates, DDR3 1600 is the value for money of the moment.

These bars have a low profile (thanks to their low voltage 1.5v) compared to Gskill Ripjaws such a big CPU cooler will not interfere with them and they will heat less and / or allow a higher OC. Strips are stable and have spent a Windows memory test without worries.

And what is so much memory? A nothing today to the game or office, but for some intensive applications (video work or image) I use it with a Ram Disk, virtual hard disk into RAM, and it's going much more quickly that SSD. I definitely recommend, provided you hit them right price of course!
