Since at least 2 "generations" of cars, we have both the (never used) warning triangle and the (also never used) acquired first aid kit from the old car and placed well visible and easily accessible in the new car. As an innovation, we have also just acquired safety vests to the old equipment, as this provision were.
Now we read in the newspaper that as from 1 January 2015 for car owners a first aid kit is under "DIN 13164 with emergency blanket" prescribed and have immediately looked on Amazon and ordered the first-aid kit of Leina.
Herewith we now have a clear conscience and hope to this -as their Vorgängerin- until the expiration date (12/2019) does not need to use !!!
Addendum: In order to really have a good conscience can think my husband and I, if we do not add it (the Red Cross, etc.) our first aid knowledge which we had to prove the acquisition of the license several years ago to brush up. Perhaps it would not be so bad ..?.
