I just just not decided to go after work to the gym, but at home Your Shape "play" to. May well be that the gym training is intense, but perhaps not :-). Anyway, I love the movement with Your Shape more fun. A little warm up with African dance, then boxing, then a little toning and Rueckentraining, and finally to relax and stretch a little yoga. So much variety I have not in my gym. I already had the previous, which was also very good. But this part here has to offer even more scope and especially I find the Menuefuehrung better than its predecessor. So who (in some cases also quite strenuous and sweaty) wants to connect with some fun exercise, which I can only recommend this game.
