Niket + Kinect Training is the second fitness game for the Xbox, which I use. Previously, I trained with Your Shape Fitness Evolved (2010 version). After some time, bothered me at this game, but that too many leg exercises were done, they virtually always had to stand. That's different now. I have long wondered what new fitness game should I buy me - and I finally decided on Nike + Kinect Training. This choice I do not regret it. I have the impression that everything is much better adapted to the users. Of course, the weekly schedule is the most important thing. But you can also between z. B. a couple of 5-minute workouts or QuickStarts (cardio, strength training, weight training) install. As I said, it concerns with the training not only to pure leg exercises, but it is also training a lot on the ground. The feedback from the trainer and the screen displays are very helpful. Since I had already before buying the game enough about the little quirks (crashes wg. To sensitive voice control) information, I was able to counter this frustration directly. So I turned off the voice control after the second workout. Now it is working properly.
Although I already do not just belong to the FE by Your Shape fitness novices, me the first week of training repression visited pretty. The exercises are varied and not boring at all. The trainer "Marie" inspired me by their almost lifelike gestures - even during periods of rest. A propos of rest: I like it very well, itself be able to decide whether I fully, partially or not at all wish to enjoy the rest. I can make a new decision (after almost every exercise) every time and not just have to live with what I've entered before the start of training.
Synchronization with the "Nike +" account does not always work immediately. It can sometimes even take a few hours before the training of the morning on the same day in the Nike + -Account appears. But you can live with, I think.
With the product, I am very satisfied. Now I just have to try to convince my husband to operate not only "eye exercises" before the screen .... -D
