Having in the past, had to buy an automatic garbage because the first had failed us, I was pleasantly surprised to see this article on sale on Amazon. However, I was a little in doubt because I wondered if it would fit the cover to the tank of our old trash, it would be quality ... in short, I finally ordered by telling me that one risked much. No luck: the cover arrived (very quickly after ordering) did not work at all, even by putting the batteries required. :( So I had to contact the seller but, then, I confess that BATIMEX made strong: for I had scarcely reported their concerns met, they returned me to office a second article, arrived two -three days later, while I was still waiting for the procedure to exchange ... and this one worked perfectly. So I take my hat the seller more than responsive and efficient in its after-sales service, large BRAVO !!! :) As for the article itself, I just regret not being able to find it in a stainless steel color as was our old garbage ... it's a bit "plasticky", certainly, but the small button Red agrees to the rest of my kitchen and especially I can guarantee you that it works perfectly. All this for a mere $ 25, while for a new automatic garbage, we would have had to pay at least three times that amount. In summary, I am very satisfied with this purchase.
