This book is excellent. It explains how a structural and organizational perspective we collectively are producing completely absurd errors. All this could be summarized in the division of labor ... but it would take into account the different actors' into account. In any case, it sheds particular communities but also any collective movement that can persist in the wrong direction (company, association, union, etc ...).
