Image I have over HDMI on HD LCD TV, sound via the optical output on the 5.1 home theater system. Both are great, but understandably only as good as the transmitters offer the. ARD / ZDF HD usually have a very good quality, at the private HD + programs, Quality is actually good only for new films.
Switching walks briskly, felt less than one second.
I connected a 2.5 "1TB USB hard drive from Verbatim.
The media player comes with my formats along well (MP3, JPG, DivX / XviD). Play high definition MKV videos. The sound in the Media Player zzt. but issued only in stereo, but this should change in the future.
The receiver is also HbbTV capable, meaning it can be viewed via the Internet additional information the sender. One can, for example, look on the library of public service past Sendugen, or use land type web teletext. The connection is established via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
The internet radio station has a lot on offer, which I use often. In addition, there are many other small apps like Weather Display, Wikipedia, Youtube, games in between, etc.
The record goes smoothly, also funtioniert Timeshift, but hang with me already stayed. The forward and rewind the time shift mode bestaltet quite bumpy, with HD + it is not (but is so desired).
With firmware 01.07.44 many improvements and enhancements have been added back.
Fully developed, the device is not yet, but it will appear again and again updates.
