Long-term experience LadyCup L

I ordered the LadyCup for several reasons. I wanted to produce less waste during menstruation, wanted to be more independent in their leisure time ... ie sports, swimming, etc., and I wanted this unpleasant sensation of a wet binding no longer have (tampons come for me because of the risk of toxic shock syndrome out of the question). None of the three criteria has been met to my satisfaction. Additional waste can still be avoided, because the cup is not leak-proof (even when emptying in very short intervals) I have to change more than one panty liners and daily. Swimming is not therefore too! Jogging I immediately canceled the first attempt because the cup slipped noticeably down. When emptying and subsequent reinsertion should you have a sink within reach or to a pack of wet wipes to clean hands thoroughly. At a public toilet after several months I would never experience my empty LadyCup. When inserting and removing I had no major problems. If you along even folds up the Cup and as far back as possible in anfässt stalk close, he lets affairs quite well. If it is properly seated, you may not feel it. Also, the handle is kept quite short and I notice him neither when running even when sitting.
My conclusion: A pretty good alternative to the sanitary napkin but my expectations were not met!
