Anker® 2.4G Wireless Vertical Ergonomic Optical Mouse Vertical Ergonomic Optical Mouse Wireless for Windows and Mac OS, USB, 800/1200/1600 dpi, 5 buttons (Personal Computers)

Customer Review

For over two years now I use the anchor Wireless Vertical Ergonomic Mouse and find them excellent.

As with most users led me tension and pain to an ergonomic mouse, I have been working professionally on the computer. After just a few days with the anchor-mouse itself improved the pain and then disappeared. I use it since then on laptop and PC, in other words, I have two anchors mice.

I was the first that currently costs the product of a competitor, a vertical mouse around 90.- Euro. This mouse I felt uncomfortable and impractical as it has a 90 ° angle: you can not hang up the hand, the mouse slips one, sometimes applying no-slip grip, which is exhausting in the long run. The click buttons were too small, processing, plastic flat. As I process the anchor mouse like better. Also raising the vertical mouse was not as good as the thumb cavity and the angle were missing.

I also had the tennis ball mouse from Microsoft, the believing no longer is offered. I found also good, although the scroll wheel was enormously heavy, which was generally a big gripe with this mouse. You unescorted not good on all surfaces, I had even Gleitpads attach to improve this behavior. Compared to anchor the mouse anchor mouse is more convenient and better.

I feel the process and the design of the anchor mouse as well. Ergonomically, the mouse is super: the slight angle of the mouse is exactly the angle, like a hand is at rest, the thumb-wheel well is large and comfortable, all the buttons and the scroll wheel are within easy reach, grip / the material is very pleasant, it slides very well, does not get caught up and the optical scanning works on the vast majority of clean surfaces, even in bed on the sheet. The Support of Anchor was exemplary (for a defective mouse I got completely straightforward replacement).

In the reviews I read here some criticisms, which I so can not confirm:

- If the mouse is now too large or too small (both denounced):
For me, normal men's hands, "fits" the mouse like a glove. Too small it is by no means, possibly a little too big for tiny woman hands, but only if necessary

- Is the wheel hard to reach?
No, you come easily ran, with the index finger or the middle finger. It sits quite normal between the keys, as with any other mouse also.

- Go the keys "striking" hard to click?
I have just compared directly with my Logitech Bluetooth mouse and could find no more than a minimal difference. It may be that other mice have a lighter pressure point, but a problem that has never been.

- Is the processing cheap?
No, the processing is just as good as with a three times as expensive competitor. I think they are processed very well.

CSL offers so an identical mouse. I prefer the mouse anchor because I feel the blue light as pleasant. The blue light is burning not always in use, it only displays the battery status and lights up briefly when you move the switch from OFF to ON.

The battery life I find very good. The mouse will turn off after a few minutes of non-use. As a result you have to click once to reactivate it, what was initially a bit unusual anmutet but quickly accepted by me and is not perceived as a disturbance.

The DPI switch does his duty, the thumb buttons (back and forward buttons) are blind to reach with your thumb. The scroll wheel as a button can be pressed easily.

In short, this is not only the best but also the most affordable ergonomic mouse. Kudos to anchor for this great product, and my recommendation to potential buyers.
