If you stubbornly adheres to the described process, there are no problems.

Network: [O2]
In southern Germany very well. I come from the Telekom (Call and Surf tariff) and have to say that the reception quality is mostly better. The mobile Internet is for some places not as fast as with Telekom, for more availability (but then often only Edge - but at least entwas).
In places where many young people staying (Uni, large celebrations ..) is the network more congested than the Telekom network. (Is probably because the network 02 is apparently the power of young people.)

Price:
98.75 24 months is probably currently top class for what is offered. (100 min, 100 SMS, 500 MB of data per month)

Important information:
There are some important points that you should consider.
- Mailbox query is chargeable. Best disable the same over the ## 002 #.
- Service Hotline is chargeable
- No possibility of consumed minutes, SMS and data view. With Smartphone best equal to an app, how to install "Call Meter 3G".
- 60/60 clocking telephony
- 10kB clocking data
- By default, online bill - paper invoice costs 1.49 surcharge.

Service:
No own experience, but there are some critical voices on the net. Best himself read and form their own opinion.

- DeutschlandSIM belongs to b2c.de GmbH, which belongs to eteleon AG, which in turn is part of Drillisch AG.
- The SIM card is a "Telco" (also Drillisch) combined SIM / MicroSIM card
