After "Only silence," I threw myself on this book to find as quickly Ellory whose style was so marked. Both say right away, I have not been disappointed. Although very different from "Only silence", the story remains powerful and taking yet very well written. Soon we enter the story, it focuses on the characters and especially we extensively questioned on where the author wants to bring us. The base was also for me as unexpected as enjoyable (even if you start to feel it happen on the last chapters). In short, a book difficult to let go which nevertheless ends with natural, no frustration, having fulfilled its promises.
