The filter of Melitta's perfect! I had read the Clio, but no good. With the Clio it takes forever until the coffee passes through, where the coffee of course cooling down too much and also be made overextracted (coffee is bitter). Since I only use quality coffees, beans exclusively, even ground, the Clio was totally unsuitable for me. Unlike these filters here. The coffee is brewed well, runs quickly in the pot remains hot and tasted excellent. Rather spend a few more euros and for getting the right "tools".
Another tip: I only use the coffee filter "Gourmet" from Melitta. With these filters the coffee tastes a bit defined as the old "original" Melitta filters. I've tested both filters times with friends and it scalded a quality forest coffee from Ethiopia. With the "Gourmet filter" this noble coffee tasted even a little bit better (clear) as we were all in agreement. The only cost a few cents more, but pays off with better taste.
