I looked forward to following the Gaunt's Ghosts, "his last Order" and I really have not been disappointed! It is for me the darkest book of 3 cycles, we find our favorite commissioner very (VERY) upset by the events of the previous books but also follows other characters. The very specific sense of "a man is nothing in this multitude" is very well transcribed. We begin to appreciate a character and on the next page, it knows doom! The action is omnipresent in the book and we are very surprised by the end! However, there are questions at the beginning the book and answers come not!
Very good book! But now we must wait for the next!
