FOR DELIVERY:
Time on the desired day by freight carrier and a two-man delivery.
Was informed before the arrival of the hour of about 30 minutes.
Mattresses were not bent, but delivered in one piece.
Packaging has been disposed of by the drivers, mattresses delivered to the home.
TO mattress core:
Smell: On delivery the mattress smells very easily. After the first few days the smell has disappeared.
The mattress has to be 2 different strengths:
The top (yellow foam / Rhombo-therm® topper) has countless fine slits and Me has in H3 strength 'medium soft support' - the bottom (pink foam) has many cubes similar cuts and ME the strength 'Softig spring', is therefore softer than the other side. The difference (eg, sinking of the shoulder) and it shows quite clearly requires in my view, depending on the choice of the site a different pillow. To select the top a rather firmer or higher pillow, for selecting the lower deck as a side rather flatter, softigeres pillows.
Subjective assessment: For me personally (M / 186/85 / side sleeper) like the softer top with cubes cut better. The hardness H2 would be too soft for me definitely. For our guests with different sizes and weight, the H3 is therefore a good decision.
TO SIZE INFORMATION:
The mattresses are each 80cm wide and 196cm long exactly.
The height of the mattress core is 18 cm as advertised.
From a total height of 24cm but can be no question. Including reference shows the two supplied us the mattresses tape only 21cm.
(Measured was approximately 7 and 14 days after delivery and before using the mattress. The mattress had therefore plenty of time to develop.)
THE MATTRESS COVER:
Colour Cream. Velvety soft surface. It consists of 2 parts. Part A without, B with blue ribbon Air.
Remuneration was to use before washing instructions washed (all parts separately, 60 degrees, delicate cycle, Ariel Color Liquid, Miele washing machine).
Washing results in both mattresses: Air band discolored the reference part B respectively blue.
Complaints still on the delivery day. Amazon immediately available for free redemption. If it later becomes her at my request contact with the company Badenia / Irisette, I just want to have replaced the cover. Badenia asking for photos. Upon receipt immediately call and offer free new mattress covers. These are supplied free house on 19/06/12. Discolored covers have been returned to the manufacturer for quality control.
Wash result of new references: In two parts with blue ribbon Air: No gross discoloration, but unfortunately a slight light blue stitch. The cream-colored top of the cover is thus not 100% identical to the bottom.
For allergy sufferers: The reference takes a little longer until it is dry, as with 75% high cotton content. One can not tumble dry it.
In bed, in which the mattress is not sinking into the bed frame:
The blue air band shines through bright Fitted Sheets (our test: Bella Donna Jersey white).
The mattress handles are just out of the blue band and air can not be inserted into the reference. That is, they are quite visible.
Overall Rating:
Delivery: a serious, professional, perfect.
Liege quality: good
Communications Amazon and Badenia: friendly and professional.
Price-performance ratio: The mattress is reported by Badenia in the standard sizes (80-100cm) with UVP 649 EUR. This price is too high in my opinion. Reason: In particular, the quality of the mattress cover does not quite fit the core (Simple zipper, design handles, fabric). I have 396 EUR per piece, so total 792 EUR for 160cm Mattress width paid at Amazon. In relation to this price just good 4 stars.
