For my attic different 12 volt halogen lighting systems of the company. Paulmann were purchased. Since I have not found for 2 rooms with the included 10m ropes the Auslangen, 4 packs of bungee cords was additionally ordered with each 12m. When assembling (it all supports and hooks were already pre-assembled), I noted that the rope was too short. At first I thought that I had miscalculated. So all measured it again and added together with the result that I was well below 12m. So measured the rope and lo and behold, there were only 10,2m instead of 12m rope since. I could not believe it. Also in the second package were only 10.2m content. The third and fourth packing I will not open, but I have weighed all packages. Result: All cables weighed almost to the gram exactly 400 grams. Thus, with security also the other two too short. I'm just going to return the cable. Exchange I did not want, because will probably come back to short cable. Has actually been someone bothered to gauge these cables? Yes, and the site is currently available, while the electrical installations this weekend should be completed. Thank you to those responsible at Fa. Paulmann which can not be measured and 12m confused with 10,2m !!! Intention I do not insinuate here.
Oh yes, in the 12-volt lights system the company Paulmann ropes were attached with 10m and actually had exactly 10m!
Edit, 11/11/2014: Yesterday at the hardware store bought exactly the same product. The length fits here. So it might actually be an error in the charge, which I received from Amazon. Since the worker has programmed well 10,2m instead 12m into the machine.
