The gameplay is designed varied. There are gunfights, chases, robberies and assassinations. One can with various stolen means of transport to move around the city (cars, motorcycles, helicopters, boats). In addition, you can put the character a few different clothes. While you drive or fly can be heard several radio stations that play certain musical styles of the 80s (such as synth pop, rock / metal, salsa, pop ballads, hip hop) and also commented humorously. The game does not have a background music basically.
The graphics in comic style is average for a video game from 2002. The city is rich in detail, but the faces and hands of the figures look very rough and cars appear in the distance out of nowhere. When the player character running sideways which also looks unnatural.
If you will be caught by the police or dies, you lose all the weapons and ammunition. Therefore, one must then either buy new weapons and ammunition for a lot of money or load the old score and every time go back to certain level starting point.
