Interesting is the 2012 re-release, but this provides a total of 14 original mixes of the singles of this album, 12 of which were previously available only on old vinyl maxis. In addition, of Falco's rarest plate The mix of Monarchy Now come at all: of these 12 only 50 pieces in 1993 pressed copies go on ebay for around 500, - away. The bonus CD offers 9 (!) Remixes of the first single Titanic (including the previously unreleased video English version), 2 Mixes the second single Dance Mephisto) and 3 mixes the only published as a promo-12 Single Monarchy Now. Thus were pressed (except for one instrumental Mix) remixes which are then published on the CD 1992/93 all. This has the effect that one hears about an hour versions of 3 songs. That might not be interesting for the average music listeners now, but for Falco fans this bonus disc is the fulfillment of a long desired dream.
The mixes are as follows:
1 DANCE MEPHISTO (DANCE REMIX) 3:32
This remix is a far more electronic version of the song. Unfortunately, quite short
2 DANCE MEPHISTO (INSTRUMENTAL) 3:27 *
This instrumental version was previously available only on the B-side of the 7 single.
TITANIC 3 (ENGLISH VIDEO VERSION) 3:42 *
This is the version that was used in the video for this single. Instead the German chorus Falco sings the chorus in English (The Titanic Sinks in Panic Shell go down in history)
4 TITANIC (Club Mix) 6:31
A very dance-heavy remix.
5 TITANIC (TV MIX) 4:26 *
This is almost an instrumental version, Falco sings only parts of the choruses.
6 TITANIC (DEEP TEKKNO TRANZ MIX) 6:55 *
The name says it all: A Remix in time very trendy techno style.
7 Titanic (Dance 'till you drop Techno) 12:38 *
Falco's longest Remix: Over 12 minutes the song is rotated by the techno-mill. It reminds of the boat of the U96 was very successful at the time.
8 TITANIC (VOCAL HOUSE) 5:44 *
Again: Nomen est omen. The Titanic is sinking here in the House style.
9 TITANIC (FUNKY RAGGA) 6:06 *
And yet another genre: This version is very reggae-heavy.
10 TITANIC (DEEP TEKKNO TRANZ EDIT) 4:32 *
A shortened version of the long mix (see song 6).
11 TITANIC (MIX 2) 4:22 *
This remix is interesting: The song is not so poppy and smooth as in the album version. This single mix, however, is electronic and a bit harder.
12 Monarchy Now (Extended Club Mix) 5:41 *
The mixes of this song are clearly the pearls of this re-release: the Austrian producer Beat4Feet give the best song on the album a very modern and danceable touch.
13 Monarchy Now (Beat 4 Feed Radio Mix) 3:56 *
This is the radio mix, also very electronic and danceable.
14 Now Monarchy (Schönbrunn Lilac Club Mix) 5:39 *
This mix is very jazz-heavy. Although a rather unusual sound, the result sounds nonetheless still very fresh and different.
* Previously unreleased on CD
