I have, even though it was slightly more expensive than the competitors, deliberately bought this case, some high-quality, hoping to get. And the former impression was ever not bad.
There are instructions for assembly. It is the size of a playing card and enthällt images that show how it should be done. Unfortunately, now drift the theory to the practice. Either do not match the dimensions of BananaPi or the housing.
The HDMI connector is not entirely behind the hole in the casing. I had no desire nachzuhelfen with a key file and set up the SD card on my first BananaPi. He will run without a monitor, I can live with it.
But the USB ports are needed here and I could not push me. The material is good and is easy to machine. All other holes fit and the board sits a little too Strack for my taste in the housing.
The distance between the housing and the processor is too low for the installation of heat sinks. The ventilation slots are relatively large. I'll have a look at the temperature.
What bothered me about the plexiglass case, is that the BananaPi very bright flashes during operation. This case I have therefore painted black. In the black case the problem does not occur. Via a light guide, the light duration is guided to the housing and can be seen, that the contents is in operation.
I prefer for the poor degree on two points and another for the fiddly assembly.
For the next banana cake I'll look for another case.
