It is a beautiful book on emotional intelligence. The author presents us with generosity basic emotions, their dynamics, their links with brain function and use. He invites us to accept, recognize and use this emotional energy to take care of ourselves and improve our relationship with others. The exercises are very useful to explore their emotions and reflect on their impact (positive / negative) in our decisions and our lives. A structured and entertaining book. I spent a beautiful time to use it. I highly recommend it.
