If you want to experience meditation and indulge them, read this book. It is a mine of good advice for the practice associated with a scientific explanation of meditation. In addition, the author makes you follow the middle path advocated by Buddhism by explaining that you should not want to do too much early on. A must read. I have a copy of this book and am not willing to sell it.
