1) Connectivity:
This speaker can be connected to a corresponding device via Bluetooth, NFC or via the included 3.5mm AUX cable (with just under 50cm somewhat short). Playback via Bluetooth works without any problems, the range is good and the connection works without interference by two room walls.
2) Ease of use:
The main controls are housed on the top of the box. There are separate buttons for volume up, volume, skip and skip back before. Plus, there's a button for the pause feature that allows one assumes also calls as well as a button for pairing. On the back of the charging port, the AUX port, the slot for the TF card and the on-off switch are then housed. With it, you change between the Bluetooth and MP3 function of TF card. It is very nice that all the buttons on the top have a touch function and must weren only lightly touched. In addition, all buttons are illuminated on the top with activated box. Looks great.
3) Sound:
This box has an output power of 6 watts and the sound quality is also fine as long as you do not fully turned up on the box. Then it is simply overwhelmed and prone to rumble, and distorting. However, this is then also quite loud. If you listen to music in a normal tone of voice or even a bit louder, the sound is good.
4) Appearance / feel:
I have the box in red and it just looks great. The surface is rubberized, thus not prone to fingerprints. The box is also quite heavy and makes, as well as the controls, a very sophisticated look. The beleucheten controls round out the very good overall appearance. Almost the entire underside is provided with a non-slip rubber pad that ensures a very stable stand and helps well to vibrations.
5) Telephony:
This is a feature that now almost all Bluetooth speakers offer like this also.
6) Battery:
The battery has a capacity of 1200 mAh and keeps not too long by. On 6+ hours specified by the manufacturer, I'm certainly not come. Charging the battery with the included USB cable (50cm) above the loading port Duration 4-5 hours.
7) Conclusion:
This is a successful speaker who has one or the other weakness in sound. The design is great, but that is as always a matter of taste. Compared with speakers of similar quality and features, I find this one at the current price is almost a bit expensive.
