Cete collection "Tales and Legends" was, in the early 60s, very much to awaken my mind, taste and curiosity for the Greco-Roman antiquity. Having lived with Theseus, Jason, Achilles, Odysseus, Romulus, Muscius Scaevola, Cincinnatus and Scipio Africanus, fabulous adventures, Homeric battles and imperial conquests, I then, later, deep in Herodotus Thucidyde, Xenophon Caesar, Sallust, Curtius ... This childhood trace has left a desire that has sated in adult reading. With this experience, I offered my children and that this book on the birth of Rome. The same magic worked thus opening access they can use later if it takes them as it took me. The conclusion is self-evident: the rest Adventure Adventure and more one tastes it, the sooner it will accompany you and brightens life. So do not hesitate.
