Free app for smartphone (iPhone and Android) is available free of charge.
The camera has a super video transmission, but in dark corners is active despite the daylight Night Vision mode - for some buyers could be distracting (did not bother me now)
About the APP you can hear various sounds and you can see without much time delay (even if one is not in the wireless range) images.
Since I wanted to watch my cats what they do so if you are not in the house, the product has definitely proven.
Remain even if spend a week disconnect the camera from the power to get the settings (without looking at the camera again would have to host again!)
