Stadium blast including MIRACLE or IRIS, stone, and beinerweichende ballads like the Troubles and the - in my eyes - unbeatable RAISED BY THE WOLVES. More atmosphere can not put it in a song you.
On this album there is not a single bad song, is mediocre at best, SONG FOR SOMEONE. You have to give this album time after the 20th run like even VULCANO that in the chorus for Bono's high vocals annoying at first.
When I ask SOI beside the last Coldplay album, I would sink as a member of Coldplay, with shame.
Bono has said in an interview, "If You Listen Closely to the album, you'll know, Why It Took us so long"! Honestly - on this part I like, very like waiting. For me Songs of Innocence is in any case the best U2 album since Achtung Baby, if not the best U2 album ever. Why?
