I have actually ordered the Hama Blu-Ray Cleaner rather without expectations. My Playstation let nothing, neither games nor Blu-ray movies. My suspicion was on the laser A dirty or defective B must be. As a fee-based repair me not quite addressed I have it first with the Cleaner, rather at random, trying. And lo and behold: 2 cleaning cycles and everything Wurd recognized again, movies, games, etc. Moment during the 35-second cleaning runs in the background a beautiful panoramic video with melodic background music from, besides being on the Blu-Ray nor a test for audio surround system on it, but something I have not so I can not comment.
So to all who think their Playstation would have given up the ghost, to invest in this product, which could save you a lot of money and effort.
