The error was here that the strength of potatoes, heat and air are partly taken from the outset each other. This results in a terrible taste. Now that the French are wetted from the outset complete with oil, this Maleur can not happen again.
Well, and in the wings, I am unfortunately not yet come to the wisdom last conclusion. The spices are in any case almost always completely scraped off by the rotating arm to the end of the baking time. I've already inserted, marinated and oiled, but the spices and also the (emerging over time) water and fat of wings always hanging at the end on the ground and the wings are lightly browned (after about 30 minutes). Well done if they were after 25 minutes, but they will just simply not brown. The fact that they are turned over again in the water / oil mixture on the ground and then repeatedly bw oil. Collect water, they can hardly be brown or crisp at this time.
Currently I am working with bread crumbs (though it does not taste), I give with the Tefal and to soak up the water / oil / fat mixture on the ground. But even that is not necessarily satisfactory.
I'll probably start one day even experiments with a little butter, because butter is so relatively quickly brown. Just take a look. Anyway, I would be happy if me the wings would succeed really well. But the arm of Tefal will know how to prevent the ev. ...
On the whole, I like the device quite well. , Set switching time to finish.
A small drawback, over whom I have still never read so far something is the volume of the hot-air blower, which is pretty extremely unusual in my opinion. It is in any case a lot louder than the hot air blower my relatively poor E-oven. Will hot, the hot air blower worse E-oven anyway a lot louder than that of expensive e-hearth, but the Tefal blower a whole corner is loud again. I must therefore make the kitchen door almost always when I'm working with the Tefal. Unfortunately, the beeper of Tefal's almost too quiet for almost a closed door and I have the end times but on many occasions missed time ... :(
Well, I'll stay tuned anyway.
Addendum (24.12.07) on chicken wings, which are now wonderfully brown and crisp:
After much back and forth, trying out and thought, I have come to a satisfactory solution as it also chicken wings (8 - 10 pieces) in the Tefal so hinbekommt that the spices stay tuned and they are beautifully brown and crisp. They are even better in my opinion, than from the normal furnace. I had to come out because I had the support of Tefal not answered itself.
One has to simply take out only the stirrer.
But because the stirring driver during cooking should not be sprayed, it is necessary to him, preferably with a small cup (because they are temperature resistant, 6 cm-diameter, height 5 cm) to cover.
One seasons the wings (eg in a bowl) as normal (I cut them usually once in 2 parts, so that I get from eg 8 wings 16 items out) and distributes them, almost like one is used to from the oven (ie with top side up) on the bottom of the pan in the FZ 7000th
Then, it is a 15 minutes and 15 minutes after opening the FZ 7000, pushing all the blades (eg with 2 wooden spoon) to about 90 ° further, so that the other half of the Wing for the remaining 13 minutes. Under the heating nozzles tans, because the first half of the wing is already tanned finished after about 15 minutes. under the heating nozzles.
So the wings are done by a total of about 28 minutes in the FZ 7000.
The fact that they are no longer turned in their own juices, they will be wonderfully crisp and brown. All spices stick so on the wings. :-)
In my opinion, the wings are (probably because the oven is much smaller than in the oven) still a lot better than in the oven.
I find it in any case, now in this way, absolutely gorgeous and am thus with the Tefal, which also relates to the chicken wings, more than satisfied with what you can see to it that I now for the first load of wing prefer all over again one serving would polish off! And when I think of how horrible looked some of my previous attempts, and have tasted ... :-(
So here again, the Quick Start Guide for crispy, brown chicken wings:
- Remove paddle
- Invert cup inverted over the Rührmitnehmer
- Chicken wings cut and season
- Chicken wings spread on the floor of the pan FZ 7000
- Fry for 15 minutes
- Open and continue to push the wings with wooden spoon by 90 °
- Fry 13 min
- Done!
I knew that it works. :-)
Best Regards.
