In the instruction manual is also described that the pan must not be overheated. Only the pan is heated at the highest level and once that is put into it to be grilled, the heat should be placed on the middle level. So the grilling result is best.
My first challenge was a arge table beef steak (good quality) along with side dishes (fresh mushrooms, cherry tomatoes). The beef steak I have medium roasted (3 minutes on each side). In both versions, I rubbed the pan with olive oil. Lt. Instructions can also be used completely the pan without fat - which I have not been tested. I insist on my oil.
At the latest when washing the pan, we were of the quality more than convinced. We have given into lukewarm water and a few drops of detergent, leave for a few minutes and then simply wiped with a soft sponge - perfect result due to a perfect coating. We have also made the dishwasher test - passed.

Supplement 02/15: We continue to be highly satisfied. The pan bruzelt still everything we give her. And contrary to other reviews we can not even see a bulge of the soil in the approach to now 1.5 years.
