the book is a valuable resource in every moment of daily life. Far from being dogmatic, is a mine of essential tips to change its behavior, its relationship to self, others and the world. I have read many books on communication, psychology, stress ... None proved to be as efficient. It made me want to go further, with simple things without constraints and in the search for greater freedom.
