I found out in the last few weeks (12 KW 2015) a crack at the top right corner of the shell (see photo) I have the seller, the company AVANTO GmbH contacted. The mail exchange, I like to reproduce here excerpts, was anything but pleasant.
By mail from 03/20/2015 I have pointed out the defect and to refund the purchase price (I know that because I have no legal claim on it had) asked or replacement. It was then noted tersely that the product had been shipped in perfect condition. It was only when I then deutlichst pointed to the legal situation to ensure, I was asked for a photo. The pendant also here Photo I then sent. Upon receipt of the pictures I was then asked that product returned at my expense for examination.
With regard to the value of the product, the costs incurred in returning and in view of the totally customer unfriendly and partly at least quite mistaken leading behavior of the company AVANTO GmbH of course I do not feel like to return the cover, that I may know then that I Cover did even broken. I go instead the way, here all interested parties before the lousy quality of products - at least as regards my copy - and especially the unspeakably bad service the Company AVANTO warn GmbH.
