This book is a real mine of technical information on reef tanks. He did not really expect to a book focusing on species of fish / invertebrates / corals (if somewhat developed but with little diversity for my taste) but a real technical manual on reef . Everything is explained: the different types of filtration / Raiders / lighting / circulation pumps / etc ... As well as the physical and chemical properties!
What I liked the most, are the descriptions of the various trays: pico reef micro through nano with well detailed examples of typical equipment to be installed in each tray.
That may be because I am newbie in the reef that I am really impressed with this book but I think it is remarkable, and like me, many people will appreciate it because it is worth so much for this is written for the beautiful photos!
