After the sensational DA CAPO (1988) followed in 1990, the much rockier unusual X FÜR'E U - and here everything is just right. Major music is a delight (all em Lot, vis a vis) and also some of the band members have musically involved (including the keyboardist Effendi Büchel). The lyrics, as always, are from Wolfgang Niedecken - and he hit the nail on the head. He writes about a failed relationship (All em Lot), the life of a driver Brummi (Bleifooss), the rising nationalism shortly after the turn (because we're back). Another nice treat: all texts are translated into High German and printed in addition to the original texts. This is called service - as a no X for a U is fooled ...
