Time travel to the 90s :-)

Ariana Grande has got off to a really great debut.
The songs are very fresh. Popiger R & B. During the first single "The Way" by only a recurring line rather bored in the chorus, she manages with "Baby I" and "piano" to lay tracks that you can not hear too often. Nicely timeless. Somewhat reminiscent of the 80's & 90's R & B scene. Clever beats, beautiful two-part singing and in an instant the foot rocker faster than you can say newcomers. Although I am not a fan of Mika or The Wanted (N. Syles), the duets are managed. Surely it comes not vocally ran to Mariah Carey, Monica, Tamia, Keyshia Cole and Chanté Moore. However, the young thing in the 90s must have been as a child with hairbrush in his hand in front of the mirror to nachzuträllern Mariah hits, because her singing is very similar to the "Dream Lover" -Diva.
The title has been written in part by Babyface, who is also, among other things for "Girlfriend" Pebbles, "Take a bow" of Madonna, "I`m your baby tonight" by Whitney Houston, "Baby Baby Baby" by TLC and " End of the raod "was in charge of Boyz II Men and myself here with" "landed How come, how long a hit.
