Final Fantasy's the RPG par excellence and I've of course the same for appearing get birthday. ;) (In FF XII times 14 hours wars even so, only because I have one probably played degrees before I've never touched it again ...)
For graphics, I think you have nothing at all to say that is knotless (although I unfortunately do not have a high-definition television and therefore from u to small strips in the sequences have, but I can judge)
The music is very atmospheric and always fit, so for example, where you can listen with vanilla plays totally joyous pop music in a forest section, which excellently to Vanille's open and happy temperament fits.
the story I find it very successful, and everyone says that it is not, apparently played no further than Chapter 5, because from there it begins only to develop properly with many unpredictable twists.
What I also like very much this system upgrade to the weapon and modify a very good idea, especially since something like that actually there was not yet at ff. (corrected me if I'm wrong ...)
also the Crystarium and the Paradigm system I find awesome. and I can any who said, you just stupid press the x button without any tactics only say that is not true (in which game you have to press OK on the x button you have to, but that does not.) one must carefully weigh which paradigm one chooses otherwise and possibly previously create a new fitting and select Start as paradigmatic and then switches back and forth at the right moment at the opponent. playing as a healer's just somehow a bit boring ... the shock serienmodi and bars are a very good idea and in addition to the repositioning-ability and tactics and the right timing is quite in demand, if the opponent is in the air and one at the right time attacking, you can let him up there throughout the state of shock and it can carry out virtually no attacks. The capacity analysis is making a comeback. share in the last one has it actually almost never used (at least I do not) now that it is a meta-skill become and it is also important to know resistance (so that the AI performs the correct attacks) is tactically very analysis has become important to use.
negative, there are also a few things. bothers me, for example, that you can only play a character directly, and in connection with the abolition of the fight turn-based that's probably only logical, because you'll fight in some not even can think (I'm so partial to little and therefore have to slow asked ...;)) Another negative point is the Esper in Part XIII. The animations are very nice and everything, but somehow cause dinger nothing more hardly. they were in part X partially almost overpowering (ok is also obvious in the story) they have been doing harm almost no me (LEDLight with the final attack, but also brings not even a drone in Chapter 9 for distance ...). I also find it strange that the Esper has become metal gizmos but that has probably more again what to do with the story. Opponents also are largely robotically.
I würds me buy again definitely.
