A summary accessible to all (or almost)!

The author (Brian Greene) explains the fundamentals of basic research in physics. The latter itself being a researcher involved in the development of superstring theory, he explains in the simplest terms possible given the complexity of the domain. It also takes care to explain the steps that have allowed researchers to reach this superstring theory beginning with classical physics of Newton and Einstein's relativity, to the famous Theory-M, ultimate link in the current research.

We understand the intellectual journey of physicists, which provides insight into the challenges faced. The author does not expose us grunt equations but endeavors to explain the difficulties researchers intuitively meet. Nevertheless, the field is so arduous that it is still difficult to understand for all those who do not have a scientific but most cultivation is understood by the greatest number.

Very pretty popular work which allowed me to understand the essential elements including on relativity while I had read other books on this theory.
