A little scared by the thickness of the book (1,200 pages in anyway!), I ended up throwing myself into the water (sorry for that bad witticism) and I regret does not. Remarkably documented, this novel presents a plausible scenario where the man's point of view is not the only one to have to be taken into account. A book's interest is also especially not lend to animal reactions too human, unlike a previously issued opinion. Although some wicked are Manichean, that the author sometimes forces the line on the side "right-thinking green Nordic" and that the book suffers from a small drop in pace towards 2/3, there remains a very good thriller with scenes of incredible action and a final of a rare intelligence. In short, a pad to the plot well done, beautifully supported by a very detailed documentation containing scenes of rare intensity. Maybe not the ideal book to bring on the beach (only in view of the subject!) But a perfect summer holiday companion. In short, I was captivated by this complex plot that deserved her big thousand pages.
