Since I've played all predecessors (in single player), now my personal opinion:
1. The best graphics of FarCry series. For several minutes I often the environment, the buildings, admired their internals and the human movements.
2. The missions and side quests but often resemble the direct predecessor FarCry 3 that from time to time a bit repetitive but was, as in:
- Free hostages
- Take outpost, defending outposts.
- Eliminate the main leader undetected.
- Kill animals in order to make the numerous pocket variations. The representations of the numerous animals (including Bengal tiger, clouded leopard, elephant, honey badgers, yaks, rhinos, Dhole, Tibet wolves, pigs, wild boar, tapir) have me the way very well.
- And of course climb bells / radio towers to make the game world map visible. It is useful to quickly rid 8 towers to get the sniper rifle M300. Armed with silencer and improved targeting optics, it facilitates immensely freeing outposts and conduct hostage rescue and assassination.
3. Often the solutions of questions side-tasks are linear and one-dimensional. Z.Bspl. at the "eye for an eye-orders": one does not use the default weapon to kill the yellow leader marked fails the job. Come before me quite nonsensical.
Another little tip: If you Pagan Min in the palace does not kill, you will experience a very emotional scenario.
4. However, the equipment and skills menu is pretty overloaded in my opinion. When I look at my arms and containers, the main hero has indeed packed such walking around that you instinctively want to summon a useful "carrier". The bare shooting madness is the MG 42, which you get asked after completing certain missions. This "blows" it indeed literally everything away.
But seen in sum, it is a very complicated and truly stunning programmed long-term Survival-adventure that not only above FarCry newbies will surely deal a long time on the PC.
Nevertheless, 1-star deduction from me, because compared to the previous FarCry3 nothing particularly Added new. Seen UBISOFT has not just "ripped out legs" in terms of innovation and creativity.
